Okayama University Faculty of Engineering Dean and Prof. Eiji Tomita and 14 faculty and students, visited Tongji University in Shanghai, P.R.China, from September 10-18 for the Summer Program and to hold engineering meetings for joint research.

During the Summer Program, research presentations, discussions, and site visits of large-scale wind tunnel research facilities and experiment facilities for new engine developments were conducted. In addition, site visits to the Shanghai Volkswagen factory and robotics company “HRG” were made. Upon completion of the Summer Program, Prof. Tang Qirong and Prof. Tomita presented each student with a certificate of completion.
