新型コロナウイルス感染症の感染拡大防止を目的とする学生の正課外活動の制限について（通知）

我が国における新型コロナウイルス感染症の感染拡大を早期に終息させるため，クラスター（集団）による感染を防止することは極めて重要であり，徹底した対策を講じる必要があります。報道によれば，スポーツ関連施設，文化活動施設，飲食店等においてクラスターによる感染ルートが確認されています。
このような新型コロナウイルス感染症を取り巻く現況にかんがみ，本学においても，本学学生の正課外活動の制限を行うこととし，下記のとおり通知します。
なお，学生の皆さんにおいては，十分な睡眠と栄養で体調を整えるとともに，マスク着用，せっけんを使用したこまめな手洗い，手指のアルコール消毒等を励行し，引き続き，徹底した感染予防に努めてください。

正課外活動を制限する期間
令和２年３月１８日（水）から３月３１日（火）まで
※４月１日（水）以降の制限については，現時点では決定していませんが，できるだけ早期にお知らせします。本学からのメールやホームページを随時確認してください。
制限される活動等
（１）上記の期間は，通常練習を含む一切の正課外活動（合宿，遠征，スポーツ大会，試合，コンサート，ライブ等を含む。）については，原則禁止にします。また，本学のすべての正課外活動施設及び体育施設（沖元ボート艇庫及び牛窓ヨット艇庫を含む。）の利用を禁止します。
（２）本学校友会クラブ及び同好会の主催するイベントや行事は，原則開催を中止又は延期してください。
（３）団体として学内外で開催する飲食を伴う懇親会等を禁止します。
（４）４月以降の新入生勧誘活動（校友会（部活動）オリエンテーションを含む。）の実施について，期間の繰り下げや中止を決定することがあります。

We must take measures thoroughly because a control of cluster infection is the most important thing to end a spread of Novel Coronavirus Infection urgently in Japan.
According to recent reports, it is becoming apparent infections at sports facilities, cultural activities facilities, restaurants and bars.
Okayama university had to decide as follows to prohibit students' extracurricular activities in light of the current situation about Novel Coronavirus Infection.
Make sure students have to keep taking an action thoroughly to have an enough sleep and nutritious meals, to wash your hands carefully with soap and hand disinfection, to put a mask for keeping good health.
- Restricted Period of Extracurricular Activities
From March 18, 2020 to March 31, 2020
University will let you know restricting information from April 1,2020 by email and homepage as soon as it has to be decided.
- Restricted Activities
(1) All of extracurricular activities including training camp, expedition, games, concerts in above period are banned in principal.
(2) Events held by KOYUKAI clubs or DOKOKAI clubs must be canceled or postponed in principal.
(3) Receptions and parties with eating and drinking held by KOYUKAI clubs or DOKOKAI clubs are banned.
(4) Freshmen Welcome Month (April) and Club Activity Orientation in April may be postponed or discontinued.
